Free Trade Zone
As of June 2015, Electro Plast entered the prestige group of companies that get the right to work under Free Trade Legislation. This means two big deal makers for our international clients. First of all, the imports and exports are un-taxed for us. Second, all the legislation that constrains the mobility of molds, parts and products between other Free Trade Zone located companies is all gone. This gives the response time for adaption, and the communication with our clients a new high in our history.
Human Resources
We count with over 150 collaborators. All highly trained and qualified in their duties, and under reward programs that motivate the ever increasing quality in their work. Being Electro Plast located in Costa Rica, our labor rates are significantly lower than those of developed countries, which only benefit the final costs that our customers perceive.
